”Keep your energy up with Samgyetang” Korean food for earthquake evacuees
石川県七尾市で、先月の地震のあと避難を続けている人のために、韓国大使館の人や日本に住んでいる韓国人などが料理を作りました
In Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture, people from the Korean embassy and Koreans living in Japan cooked food for people evacuated after last month’s earthquake.
大使館の人などは、大きな鍋で、鶏肉が入った韓国の家庭料理「サムゲタン」を作りました
We also prepared Korean kimchi etc.
And we fed 140 people in evacuation centers.
A 77-year-old man said, ``It’s delicious and easy to eat even for older people.’’
77歳の男性は「年を取った人も食べやすい味で、おいしいです」と言いました
She said, ``I’m worried about my future life and money.’’
The Korean ambassador said, ``In Korea, we eat samgyetang when we don’t feel well.
韓国の大使は「韓国では、元気がないときにサムゲタンを食べます
I hope everyone can return to normal life as soon as possible.”
