動うごいたり踊おどったりしながら字じを書かく高校生こうこうせいの書道しょどうの大会たいかい

On the 23rd in Shikokuchuo City, Ehime Prefecture, there was a calligraphy-loving high school student competition ”Calligraphy Performance Koshien”.

愛媛県四国中央市えひめけんしこくちゅうおうしで23日にち、書道しょどうが好すきな高校生こうこうせいたちの大会たいかい「書道しょどうパフォーマンス甲子園こうしえん」がありました

21 high schools from various parts of Japan that won the preliminaries came out.

日本にっぽんのいろいろな所ところから予選よせんで勝かった21の高校こうこうが出でました

Each team consists of up to 12 people. On a large piece of paper measuring 4m long and 6m wide, they move and dance to the music while writing letters with a brush.

1つのチームは12人にん以内いないで、縦たて4m、横よこ6mの大おおきな紙かみの上うえで、音楽おんがくに合あわせて動うごいたり踊おどったりしながら、筆ふでで字じを書かきます

今年ことしは、新型しんがたコロナウイルスが広ひろがる前まえのように、会場かいじょうで大会たいかいを見みることができました

People who came to see the beautiful works of high school students gave a big round of applause.

高校生こうこうせいたちの美うつくしい作品さくひんができると、見みに来きた人ひとたちは大おおきな拍手はくしゅをしていました

A high school student who participated in the competition said, ”I was able to do my best to write, remembering the practice and the people who supported me.”

大会たいかいに出でた高校生こうこうせいは「今いままでの練習れんしゅうや応援おうえんしてくれる人ひとたちを思おもい出だして、いちばん力ちからを出だして書かくことができました」と話はなしました

A man who came to support his grandson said, ”It’s really amazing.

孫まごの応援おうえんに来きた男性だんせいは「本当ほんとうにすごいです

Everyone’s movements matched beautifully, and I could see that they were practicing hard.”

みんなの動うごきがきれいに合あっていて、一生懸命いっしょうけんめい練習れんしゅうしていることがわかりました」と話はなしました
