Many typhoons are forming, check out the new weather forecast
気象庁によると、今月、4つの台風ができました
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, four typhoons have formed this month.
They say this is because an area of low atmospheric pressure has formed in the ocean south of Japan.
This includes winds that blow from the Indian Ocean east of the Philippines and winds that blow from east of Japan.
Since the wind blows counterclockwise, typhoons are more likely to form.

Typhoon No. 7 near Japan is likely to pass near the Ogasawara Islands on the 14th.
It is likely to arrive near the Kanto region, eastern Japan, and northern Japan around the 16th to 17th.
