台風たいふう13号ごうは8日にち午後ごごにも東海とうかいから関東かんとうにかなり接近せっきんし、上陸じょうりくする見込みこみです

関東かんとうを中心ちゅうしんに雨あめが強つよまっていて、伊豆いず諸島しょとうの三宅みやけ島とうでは1時間じかんに102ミリの猛烈もうれつな雨あめを観測かんそくしました

関東かんとう甲信こうしんでは8日にち夜よるにかけて、伊豆いず諸島しょとうでは8日にち午前ごぜん中ちゅうにかけて線せん状じょう降水こうすい帯たいが発生はっせいするおそれがあり、土砂どしゃ災害さいがいなどに厳重げんじゅうな警戒けいかいが必要ひつようです

There is a possibility that a linear rain belt will occur in the Kanto-Koshin area through the night of the 8th and in the Izu Islands through the morning of the 8th, and strict vigilance against landslide disasters is required.
