この予測よそくは、情報じょうほうサービス大手おおての「リクルート」の研究けんきゅう機関きかんがGDP＝国内こくない総そう生産せいさんの将来しょうらいの予想よそうと、性別せいべつや世代せだい別べつの働はたらく人ひとの割合わりあいなどの見通みとおしからこのほどまとめました

This forecast was recently compiled by a research institute of Recruit, a major information service company, based on future forecasts of GDP (gross domestic product) and the percentage of workers by gender and generation.

それによりますと、企業きぎょうなどで働はたらく担い手にないての不足ふそくは2040年ねんには全国ぜんこくで1100万まん人にん余あまりにのぼるとしています

According to it, the shortage of workers working in companies will reach more than 11 million people nationwide in 2040.

これを都道とどう府県ふけん別べつでみると、東京とうきょう以外いがいのすべての道府県どうふけんで不足ふそくし、不足ふそく率りつが20％を超こえる地域ちいきは18の道府県どうふけんと全体ぜんたいの3分ぶんの1を占しめる結果けっかとなりました

Looking at this by prefecture, there is a shortage in all prefectures other than Tokyo, and regions with a shortage rate of over 20% account for 18 prefectures, or one-third of the total.
