A man in his 80s who lives near the scene said, ”I heard a great sound called” Dawn ”, so when I checked the situation outside, the car overturned and black smoke was rising.”
The scene is a residential area about 300 meters from the toll gate of the Kumamoto Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, and the police are confirming the identity and investigating the details.
