Since the road was completely blocked by earth and sand, the road near the site was closed, and the Zushi interchange was closed. We are proceeding with confirmation and removal of earth and sand.
According to Zushi City, the collapsed earth and sand is about 45 meters high and 25 to 90 meters wide, which means that one person is still evacuating in the surrounding area.
According to NEXCO East Japan, the construction will proceed while observing the rain and the situation at the site, and there is no prospect of recovery.
