漫画「はだしのゲン」は、原爆が落とされた広島で一生懸命生きていく男の子の話です
The manga Hadashi no Gen is a story about a boy who tried his best to survive in Hiroshima where the atomic bomb was dropped.
Since the book came out 50 years ago, it has been translated into 24 languages around the world.
It conveys the fear of war and nuclear weapons.
この漫画をロシア語に翻訳したのは、金沢市の浅妻南海江さんという女性です
A woman named Asazuma Nankaie in Kanazawa City who translated this manga into Russian.
The translation took about 7 years, starting in 1994.
There are fears (worries) that Russia may attack Ukraine and use nuclear weapons.
80-year-old Asazuma wants everyone in the world to listen to Gen`s words.

Ms. Asazuma said, It`s a shame that Russian is used in words for war.
