最近さいきん、字じの読よみ方かたなどが個性的こせいてきな「キラキラネーム」と呼よばれる名前なまえが増ふえています

戸籍こせきには名前なまえの読よみ方かたが書かいていないため、役所やくしょがコンピューターで手続てつづきをすることが難むずかしくなっています

このため法務省ほうむしょうは2日ふつか、戸籍こせきの法律ほうりつを変かえる案あんを考かんがえました

For this reason, the Ministry of Justice came up with a plan to change the family register law on the 2nd.

案あんでは、名前なまえにカタカナで読よみ方かたを書かくことにします

そして、「名前なまえに使つかう字じは、一般いっぱんに認みとめられている読よみ方かたにしなければならない」という規則きそくをつくります

The Ministry of Justice says it will decide what readings will not be accepted and let them know before the law comes into place.

Because of that, the Ministry of Justice thought about a suggestion to change the family register law on the 2nd.

案あんでは、名前なまえにカタカナで読よみ方かたを書かくことにします

According to the suggestion, the way of reading the names should be written in katakana.

そして、「名前なまえに使つかう字じは、一般いっぱんに認みとめられている読よみ方かたにしなければならない」という規則きそくをつくります

So, a rule that the reading of the characters being used in names must be commonly recognized is being made.
