　メキシコ政府せいふによると、2023～24年ねんにかけて行おこなわれた調査ちょうさでは、学校がっこうの9割超わりちょうで、油分ゆぶんの多おおい菓子かしや食料品しょくりょうひん、砂糖入さとういりの飲料いんりょうを校内こうないで販売はんばいしていた

According to the Mexican government, a survey conducted from 2023 to 2024 found that over 90% of schools were selling oily sweets, food, and sugary drinks on campus.

5～11歳さいの子こども570万人まんにん、12～19歳さいの1040万人まんにんがそれぞれ肥満状態ひまんじょうたいにあるという

5.7 million children between the ages of 5 and 11 and 10.4 million between the ages of 12 and 19 are obese.

To address this issue, the government will ban the sale of high-calorie sweets and drinks from the end of March next year.

The government will also promote the sale of locally grown fruits and vegetables.

地元じもとメディアによると、規則きそくに違反いはんした学校がっこうの管理者かんりしゃには545～5450ドル（約やく8万まん2千せん～82万円まんえん）の罰金ばっきんが科かされ、度重たびかさなる違反いはんの場合ばあいは学校設置がっこうせっちの認可にんかが取とり消けされる

According to local media, school administrators who violate the rules will be fined between $545 and $5,450 (approximately 82,000 to 820,000 yen), and repeated violations will have their school license revoked.
