政府の経済財政諮問会議で内閣府は2050年の1人あたりの平均介護費が2019年と比べて75％上昇し、23万5000円になるという試算を示しました。
内閣府の示した試算によりますと、2030年の1人あたりの平均介護費は2019年と比べて34％上昇し、18万円でした。
その後、介護費は上昇を続け、2050年には2019年と比べて75％増加して23万5000円になります。
高齢化の進行で介護を必要とする人が増えるためです。
また、1人あたりの平均医療費も2050年には2019年と比べて22％増えて40万1000円に上昇します。
内閣府は、病気の予防や健康増進によって費用負担を軽減するとともに、医療や介護のデジタル化を進めて費用の増加を緩和していく必要があるとしています。
