アメリカ軍とイギリス軍は中東の紅海で民間商船を狙った攻撃を繰り返しているイエメンの親イラン武装組織フーシ派に対し、新たな攻撃を行いました。
アメリカ国防総省は22日、アメリカ軍とイギリス軍がオーストラリアなど4カ国の支援を受けて、イエメンにあるフーシ派の拠点を攻撃したと発表しました。
アメリカ中央軍はフーシ派のミサイル関連施設や地下の武器保管施設など8カ所を標的にしたとしています。
イスラエルとハマスの戦闘を受けて、フーシ派は去年11月中旬以降、紅海を通過する民間商船などを30回以上攻撃していて、航行の安全や世界的な物流に影響が出ています。
アメリカ軍とイギリス軍は11日にもフーシ派の軍事拠点などを空爆しています。
