しかし、音声通話がつながりにくい状態は続いています。
KDDIでは、2日の未明にauなどの携帯電話サービスで大規模な通信障害が発生し、影響は最大で3915万回線に広がりました。
昨日夕方に全国すべてのエリアで復旧作業を完了しましたが、通信量を制限していて全面的な復旧に至っていません。
KDDIは、今朝「全国的にデータ通信は、おおむね回復している」と明らかにしましたが、音声通話はつながりにくい状態が続いています。
個人ユーザーのほか、多くの事業者の業務に支障が出ていることから、KDDIは通信障害の影響などを精査し、補償について検討するとしています。
