岸田総理大臣は6回目となる災害対策本部を開催し、能登半島地震を行政手続きができない住民を救済する「特定非常災害に指定する」と発表しました。

がれきの下でまだ助けを待っている方のため、引き続き懸命の救出活動をお願いいたします」

岸田総理はまた、「水道の復旧工事が長期化する可能性がある」と危機感を示し、
Prime Minister Kishida also expressed a sense of insecurity, saying: “The work to restore the water supply may take a long time.”
「あらゆる手段を講じて全国の給水車を可能なかぎり多く被災地に集結させる」ことなどを閣僚らに指示しました。　
He instructed ministers to “take all possible measures to concentrate as many water tankers as possible across the country on disaster-stricken areas.”
さらに、行政手続きができなくなった住民を特例措置で救済できるようにする「特定非常災害」に指定すると表明しました。
Furthermore, he also announced that he will consider the disaster a “designated emergency disaster,” which will allow residents who cannot complete administrative procedures to receive relief through special measures.
