日米韓の外相が北朝鮮の挑発行動やウクライナ情勢などを話し合いました。　
The Foreign Ministers of Japan, the United States and South Korea discussed North Korea's provocation and the situation in Ukraine.
「日米韓の連携、これは北朝鮮への対応を超えて、地域の安定と平和にとって不可欠であると考えております」　
"We believe that cooperation between Japan, the United States and South Korea, going beyond response to North Korea, is essential for the stability and peace of the region."
今年に入ってからの北朝鮮の度重なるミサイル発射を受けて3カ国の外相がハワイで会談し、日米韓の連携を強化することで一致しました。　
Following North Korea's consecutive missile launches since the beginning of this year, the foreign ministers of the three countries met in Hawaii and agreed to strengthen cooperation between Japan, the United States and South Korea.
また、共同声明では中国を念頭に「緊張を高めるいかなる一方的な行動にも強く反対すること」を表明したうえで「台湾海峡の平和と安定の重要性を強調した」と記しています。　
In a joint statement, they also stated "strongly opposes any one-sided action that increases tensions" with China and "emphasizes the importance of peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait."
さらに、緊迫するウクライナ情勢についても「ロシアによる、さらなるエスカレーションを抑止するためにともに緊密に取り組む」としています。
Furthermore, regarding the tense situation in Ukraine, the three countries said "we will work closely together to prevent Russia from further escalation."
