埼玉県中部では昨日、局地的な雨が降り続き、東松山市、坂戸市、ときがわ町で合わせて3万人近くに避難指示などが出されました。

埼玉県中部では鳩山町で3時間の雨量が観測史上最大の263ミリに達するなど、数時間にわたって激しい雨が降りました。

東松山市では市内を流れる九十九川が氾濫し、814世帯の2091人に対して警戒レベル5の「緊急安全確保」が出され、5717世帯1万3000人近くに「避難指示」が出ました。
