寒い日に食べる、牡蠣キムチ鍋。

今日は、寒すぎるので、お鍋をしていきたいと思います。
入れ物を割ってしまってからしばらく味塩で賄っていたんですけど
After the salt container was broken, I've been used the taste salt for a while.
可愛い塩を発見したので、これを今日から使っていきたいと思います。
はい。今回は昆布を水で戻しておいたので
このまま火をつけていきます。
はい。お湯を待っている間に牡蠣を一度茹でたり
舞茸を割いたりしていきます。
今日は牡蠣と舞茸が食べたかったので買ってきたんですけど
Because I wanted to eat oysters and Maitake, I bought these today.
それ以外は家に色々あるのであるもので
作っていこうと思っています。
はい。じゃあ昆布を取り出して大根を入れていきます。
あとネギも入れちゃいます。
はい。煮えるまで、待ちます。
はい。今は大根が煮えるのを待っているところです。
なんの動画だったかは忘れてしまったんですけど、
野菜を切っている時に野菜の端っこをシンクに投げるのが面白い（？）というようなコメントがあって

これは料理を...ごはんを作る人あるあるなのかもしれないんですけど

あの端っこをシンクの手前のところに落としてしまうと

ポケット（？）のシンクの穴のところに、こう...入れなくてはいけないので
