Hi. This is Delish Kitchen. Today we're going to make sauteed chicken breast with garlic butter.まずはニンニク1かけをみじん切りにしておきましょう。パセリを粗く切っておきます
First let mince one clove of garlic. Coarsely chop the parsley鶏胸肉は一口でも食べやすい大きさに切っておきましょう
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sizedそちらに塩をふりかけおん塩で下味をつけていきます
Sprinkle and season the chicken with some salt続いて、小麦粉をまぶしておけば初旬が完了です
Next, cover the chicken with wheat flour and the first part is finished熱したフライパンにバター大さじ1杯を加えて溶かしておきます
In a heated frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butterオリーブオイルを大さじ1杯を加えましょう
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oilこちらに先ほどカットした鶏むね肉を焼いていきます
Fry the chicken that we have cut earlierオリーブオイルとバターを絡ませるように炒めていきましょう
Fry it in the mixture of olive oil and butterある程度炒まったら、にんにくを加えて付き合いています
After frying to a certain degree, add garlic and cook塩で味を整えていきましょう
Season with salt火を止めて、パセリを加え絡ませたらお皿に盛り付けます
Turn off the heat, add the parsley and serve the food on a plate最後に黒こしょうをふりかけたら完成です
