韓国かんこくによる対北朝鮮独自制裁たいきたちょうせんどくじせいさいは、尹錫悦いんせきえつ（ユン・ソンニョル）政権せいけんで2回目かいめです

South Korea’s independent sanctions against North Korea are the second under the Yoon Seong-yeol administration.

　韓国政府かんこくせいふが独自制裁どくじせいさいの対象たいしょうに追加ついかしたのは8人にんと7団体だんたいです

　The Korean government added 8 people and 7 organizations to its own sanctions.

　発表はっぴょうによりますと、8人にんは核かく・ミサイル開発かいはつを巡めぐる金融取引きんゆうとりひきなどに関かかわった人物じんぶつや「瀬取せどり」などで物資ぶっしの密輸みつゆに関かかわった人物じんぶつだということです

According to the announcement, the eight people were involved in financial transactions related to nuclear and missile development, as well as those who were involved in the smuggling of goods through ”ship-to-ship transfers.”

　また、7団体だんたいは違法活動いほうかつどうの支援しえんや国連安保理制裁こくれんあんぽりせいさいの回避かいひに関与かんよしたとしています

In addition, seven groups have allegedly been involved in supporting illegal activities and evading UN Security Council sanctions.

　制裁せいさいの対象たいしょうとなると韓国かんこくとの金融取引きんゆうとりひきなどが制限せいげんされます

If subject to sanctions, financial transactions with South Korea will be restricted

　韓国外務省かんこくがいむしょうは、制裁対象せいさいたいしょうの追加ついかについて「朝鮮半島ちょうせんはんとうと国際社会こくさいしゃかいの平和へいわと安定あんていへの脅威きょういに対応たいおうするため」と説明せつめいしています

The South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained that the addition of sanctions was ”to respond to threats to the peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula and the international community.”
