　食料自給率しょくりょうじきゅうりつは食料しょくりょうの国内消費こくないしょうひに対たいする国産こくさんの割合わりあいを示しめす指標しひょうで、生いきていくために必要ひつようなエネルギー量りょうに換算かんさんするカロリーベースと、金額きんがくに換算かんさんする生産額せいさんがくベースに分わかれています

　坂本農水大臣さかもとのうすいだいじんは8日ようかの会見かいけんで、政策効果せいさくこうかは一部出いちぶでているとしたうえで、食料自給率しょくりょうじきゅうりつを上あげるために「麦むぎや大豆だいずなどの輸入依存度ゆにゅういぞんどの高たかい品目ひんもくの国産転換こくさんてんかんをさらに推進すいしんしていく」と強調きょうちょうしました
