神奈川県では血液中の酸素の量を測る「パルスオキシメーター」を自宅療養者、全員に貸し出して毎日、数値を報告してもらうことで健康状態を管理しています。
In Kanagawa Prefecture, they rent out "pulse oximeters" to measure blood oxygen levels to all those recovering at home and ask them to report values every day to manage their health conditions.
県は感染者の急増を受けてパルスオキシメーター2万2000個を追加で発注し、合わせて4万3000個を用意しています。

これまでは返品されたものを消毒して利用していましたが、対応しきれなくなったということです。
