収穫量日本一のモモの産地として知られる山梨県笛吹市では、早くも観光客向けのモモ狩りが始まりました。　
In Fuefuki city, Yamanashi Prefecture, known as Japan's largest peach-growing region by harvest volume, peach picking for tourists has already begun.
「浅間園」では訪れた子どもたちが自らもいだ、取れたてのモモを食べていました。

今年は春先の暖かさの影響で例年より1週間ほど生育が早いということです。

なかでもオーストラリアで生まれた500円玉ほどの大粒の品種「トワイライト」が大人気。　
The most popular of these is "Twilight," a large variety born in Australia, about the size of a 500-yen coin.

ブルーベリーの摘み取りは8月中旬まで楽しめるということです。
