EU（ヨーロッパ連合）は日本から観光など不要不急の渡航者も受け入れる方針を固めました。　
The EU (European Union) decided to accept non-arriving tourists because it is not too urgent and not too necessary like Japanese tourists.
EU関係者によりますと、2日に開いた大使級会合で域内への不要不急の渡航を認める「安全な国」とするリストに日本を追加する方針で合意しました。　
According to EU officials, at the ambassadors meeting held on the 2nd, Japan was agreed to be added to the list of "safe countries" that allow tourists to the EU area although not for the purpose of travelling too necessary or too urgent.
日本の感染状況などから判断されたもので、今後、正式決定されます。　
The decision is made based on the infection situation in Japan and will be officially decided in the future.
それを受けて各国が対応を決めるため、国によっては陰性証明や新型コロナウイルスのワクチン接種完了の証明書が必要になる可能性があります。　
In response to that, each country will decide its response, depending on country they may ask for negative proof or proof of completion of corona virus vaccination.
日本は以前は原則としてEUへの入域が認められていましたが、1月、感染拡大によりリストから除外されていました。　
Previously, in general, Japan was allowed to enter the EU, but in January due to the widespread spread of the virus, it was removed from the list of entry.　
EUでは現在、韓国など7カ国からの渡航が認められています。
The EU currently allows travel from seven countries, including South Korea.
