使うのはこちら。

厚紙を三枚用意します。
Prepare three pieces of thick paper.
これをまとめて、
Put them together.
ハサミで切り込みを入れます。
Make a cut with scissors.
一センチから一・五センチぐらい切り込みを入れますよ。
Make a 1 cm to 1.5 cm cut.
で切り込みを入れたら、これを組み合わせます。
After making a cut, put them together.
二枚、三枚組み合わせたら、
Two, three, after putting them together,
Y の字にしてこれをホチキスで留めます。
After making a Y word, fasten with stapler.
三箇所ぐらい。
Around three spots.
一箇所、二箇所、三箇所留めました。
Fasten in one spot, two spot, three spots.
後はこれをねじってあげます。
Then twist this.
ぎゅっとねじってあげます。三枚ともねじってあげましょう。
Twist it firmly. Twist all three pieces.
