去年起きた消費者トラブルによる被害額の推計が、過去最高の8.8兆円となったことが明らかになりました。

政府がまとめた消費者白書によりますと、相談やアンケートから推計した去年1年間の消費者トラブルの件数はおよそ2067万件で、支払い額は過去最高のおよそ8兆8000億円となりました。　
According to the Consumer White Paper compiled by the government, the number of consumer troubles over the past year, estimated from consultations and surveys, was about 20.67 million and the amount to be paid is about 8.8 trillion yen, the highest ever.
被害額が1万円を超えるものでは、脱毛エステを含む「保健サービス」や化粧品を含む「保健衛生品」などの相談件数が増加したほか、1件あたりの平均支払額が増加したことが要因です。
For cases where the damage amount exceeds 10,000 yen, the number of consultations on "medical services" including hair removal cosmetics and "health and hygiene products" including cosmetics will increase, as well as the average settlement amount per case
1万円未満では「外食・食事宅配」や「教養娯楽品」などでの相談が増えたということです。　
For cases of damage under 10,000 yen, the number of inquiries related to "eating out/meal delivery" and "educational and entertainment items" is increasing.
また、SNSが関係する相談件数が過去最多の8万404件となり、特に50代以上で増加し全体の半数を占めました。
Additionally, the number of SNS-related consultations reached an all-time high of 80,404, and this number increased especially among people aged 50 and over, accounting for half of the total.
