不動産経済研究所によりますと、4月の首都圏の新築マンションの1戸あたりの平均価格は7747万円で、去年の同じ月と比べて23.1％、1456万円上昇しました。　
According to the Real Estate Economic Institute, the average price per newly built condominium unit in the Tokyo metropolitan area in April was 77.47 million yen, up 23.1% or 14.56 million yen from the same month last year.
