男性の育児休暇を応援するプロジェクトチームが0歳の子どもがいる男性600人余りに聞いた調査で、約6割近くが育児休暇制度を利用していないと回答しました。　
A project group that supports men on maternity leave to care for their children said that in a survey of more than 600 men with children aged 0 years, nearly 60% answered that they did not use childcare leave.
その理由として「取得しづらい雰囲気がある」「職場の人員が不足していた」「所得を下げたくない」といった回答が多かったということです。　
Regarding the cause, there were many answers such as "There is an atmosphere that is difficult to obtain", "There is a shortage of personnel at work", "Do not want to reduce income".
専門家からは「職場での育児休暇を取るきっかけ作りが課題だ」という指摘がありました。

また、育児の知識は妻や親族など身内に頼る人が多く、専門知識にアクセスできていない実態も明らかになりました。
