ロシアは、ヨーロッパにガスを送るパイプライン「ノルドストリーム」について、メンテナンスを理由に稼働を停止しています。

今後、供給がすべて停止される恐れがあり、ガスの在庫量を増やすため、暖房で需要が高まる冬に向けて夏のうちから節約を呼び掛けました。
