資源エネルギー庁によりますと、先月30日時点のレギュラーガソリンの全国平均価格は、前の週より3円30銭安い1リットルあたり136円30銭でした。
According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy, the average price of gasoline across the country untol the 30th last month was 136,30 yen/ liter, 3,30 yen lower than last week.
値下がりは10週連続で、2年5カ月ぶりの安値ということです。

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大による経済の停滞やサウジアラビアとロシアの増産で原油の供給が過剰になるとの懸念から原油価格が大きく値下がりしていることが原因です。
The reason is that the price of crude oil has decreased significantly due to concerns about economic stagnation under the influence of the corona virus as well as concerns about oil supplies due to Saudi Arabia and Russia increasing production of oil.
