アパレル業界で大量生産・大量消費が問題視されるなか、業界最大手のファーストリテイリングが、2030年までに素材の半分をリサイクル素材に切り替える方針を明らかにしました。

ユニクロやGUを展開するファーストリテイリングは2日、2030年度までに全使用素材の50％を、リサイクル素材などに切り替えると発表しました。

また、現在店舗などで行っている自社の使用済み製品の回収をさらに強化し、2025年には難民などに対し、1000万着の衣料支援を行いたいとしています。
