東京・歌舞伎町で悪質なホストクラブが、客に高額な利用料金の借金を背負わせるなどした「売り掛け問題」をきっかけに、ホストクラブに対するコンプライアンス研修会が行われました。　
A compliance training session was held for host clubs in Tokyo's Kabukicho district after an unscrupulous host club saddled customers with high debt and high fees.
研修会を開いたのは、ホストクラブなどとのトラブルを抱える女性から相談を受け付けるNPO法人です。
The training session was organized by a non-profit organization that receives advice from women who are having difficulties with host clubs and other organizations.

研修には、歌舞伎町のホストクラブの幹部ら40人ほどが参加し、個人事業主であるホストへの使用者責任や法律の基礎知識などについて説明が行われました。　
About 40 people, including executives from host clubs in Kabukicho, participated in the training, which provides an explanation of employer responsibilities to sole proprietorship landlords and basic knowledge of the law.
悪質なホストクラブを巡っては、売り掛けの返済のために性風俗店や売春などを斡旋することなどが大きな問題となっています。
A big problem with malicious club hosts is that they arrange sex or prostitution shops to reimburse sales.
