年末に向けてカニやサケ、ホタテなどの海産物の購入を勧める電話によるトラブルが増えるため、国民生活センターが注意を呼び掛けました。

海産物の電話勧誘や送り付けのトラブルに関する相談は、4月から10月までで1183件ありました。　
There were 1,183 consultations related to problems related to telemarketing and seafood transportation from April to October.
日本産の海産物の輸入規制強化に関連し、「現在日本の海産物が海外で問題になっていて、売れない状況にあります。助けて下さい」などの勧誘トークもあったということです。

また北海道では、地元産とうたいながら、価格に見合わない海外産の海産物などを販売した会社役員らが逮捕されるケースもありました。
