韓国政府は、日本などを対象に観光ビザの発給を簡素化し、来月からより簡単に韓国を旅行できるようにすると発表しました。　
The Korean government announced that it would simplify the issuance of tourist visas to Japan and other countries, making it easier to travel to South Korea from next month.
韓国法務省は、相互のビザ免除措置が停止中の国や地域のなかで、韓国を訪れる需要が高い日本・台湾・マカオについて、来月からビザの発給を改善すると発表しました。　
The Korean Ministry of Justice announced that it would improve visa issuance from next month for Japan, Taiwan and Macau, those with high demand to Korea among the countries and regions that had had their visa exemption suspended.
現状、日本から観光で韓国を訪れる場合、1回のみ使える90日以内のビザの発給が必要ですが、今後は本人が希望すれば、複数回入国できる1年間有効のマルチビザを発給するということです。　
Currently, when coming to Korea to travel from Japan, it is necessary to issue a visa within 90 days that can only be used once, but from now on, if there is a need, you will be granted a multiple entry visa valid for one year.
また、申請書類も申請書とパスポート、往復航空券のみに簡素化します。

なお、団体旅行客に対しては、電子ビザも適用し、旅行会社がオンラインで申請できるようにするとしています。
