企業における社員1人あたりの交際費の平均金額が月に約1万8000円であることが分かりました。　
The average entertainment cost per employee at a company is about 18,000 yen per month.
民間の調査会社「帝国データバンク」が約15万社を対象に推計した調査によりますと、2022年度の社員1人あたりの月の平均交際費は1万8192円でした。　
According to a survey by private research firm Teikoku Databank targeting about 150,000 companies, the average monthly entertainment expense per employee in fiscal 2022 was 18,192 yen.
過去10年で最高だった2019年度2万3383円と比べると、5000円ほど低くなっています。　
This is about 5,000 yen lower than the 10-year high of 23,383 yen in 2019.
新型コロナウイルスの影響でリモートワークの普及や対面での営業を必要としない場面が増えたことが要因とみられます。　
The cause appears to be the spread of remote working and the increase in situations where in-person sales are not required due to the impact of the new coronavirus.
ただ、前の年度と比べると2割ほど増加していて、社外との交流が活発になっている状況もうかがえます。　
However, the number has increased about 20% compared to the previous year, showing that exchanges with outside the company are becoming more active.
企業が非課税にできる交際費の上限について、現在の5000円から1万円に引き上げられる見通しです。
The upper limit on entertainment expenses that companies can tax deduct is expected to increase from the current 5,000 yen to 10,000 yen.
