国土交通省は新型コロナの影響で2020年3月以降停止していた国際クルーズ船の受け入れを再開すると発表しました。　
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced that it will continue to accept international cruise ships, which have been suspended since March 2020 due to the impact of the new strain of corona virus.

国土交通省は、ダイヤモンド・プリンセス号で新型コロナのクラスターが発生した2020年3月以来停止していた国際クルーズ船の受け入れを順次再開させると発表しました。　
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced that it would gradually accept international cruise ships, which had been suspended since March 2020 when a cluster of novel coronavirus infections occurred on Diamond Princess.
クルーズ船による旅行消費額は年間およそ800億円と推計されていて、地方での経済効果も大きいということです。　
The annual consumption of cruise ships is estimated at 80 billion yen, which means that the economic benefits in rural areas are also large.
国際クルーズ船の運航は来月15日に横浜を出発する商船三井の客船「にっぽん丸」のモーリシャスクルーズから順次再開される予定です。
