昨日の各地の人出は雨と風が強かったためか1週間前と比べて多くの地点で減少していました。

昨日午後3時の東京都内の各地の人出は1週間前と比べて、品川駅で21.2％増えていました。　
The number of people going out in different parts of Tokyo at 3pm yesterday when compared to last week was up 21.2% at Shinagawa Station.
しかし、原宿駅では25.6％、吉祥寺駅で24.9％、渋谷センター街で9.5％、新宿駅で8.2％と大幅に減少するなど多くの地点で減少か横ばいでした。　
However, the number of people going out decreased or remained unchanged in many places, for example, it dropped significantly to 25.6% at Harajuku Station, 24.9% at Kichijoji Station, 9.5% at Shibuya Center Town and 8.2% at Shinjuku Station.
