LINEは今日、ビデオ通話を使ったオンライン診療サービスの提供を始めました。
Today, LINE started offering online medical examination and treatment services using video call.
LINEのオンライン診療サービス「LINEドクター」は、首都圏にある医療機関で始まりました。
LINE's online medical service "Doctor LINE" has begun in medical facilities of metropolitan areas.
患者は病院をLINEのアプリで選んで決済手段や保険証の画像、健康状態などを入力して予約します。
The patient uses LINE app to choose a hospital, makes a reservation by entering payment method, insurance card photo, health status, etc.
ビデオ通話を使った診察が終わると、自動的に決済されます。
The payment will be made automatically after the examination by video call.
処方箋は医療機関から近所の薬局へFAXすればその日のうちに患者が薬を受け取れます。
If a patient faxes the prescription from the health facility to the local pharmacy, he or she can receive the medication within the same day.
当面はユーザー、医療機関ともに追加の手数料はかからないということです。
Currently, neither the user nor the medical institution have to pay any additional fees.
LINEは「オンライン診療へのハードルを下げたい」としていて、年内にもこのサービスを首都圏十数施設の医療機関に広げ、将来的には全国に展開する方針です。
LINE says "We want to reduce the hard of online medical care," and by the end of this year, they plan to expand this service to more than 10 medical facilities in the Tokyo metropolitan area and nationwide in the future.
