警察などによりますと、午前9時前、横須賀市大滝町の男性から「ガスの臭いがする」と110番通報がありました。
According to the police, around 9 a.m, a man in the Otaki town, Yokosuka city called 110 to report that "there is gas smell."
警察が約5分後に駆け付けましたが、ガスの臭いはしなかったということです。
The police arrived about 5 minutes later, but they did not detect the gas smell.
その後も半径4キロの範囲で約30分の間に同様の通報が6件相次ぎました。
Then, within the surrounding 4km, within 30 minutes there were 6 similar reports.
そのうち5件で消防が出動しましたが、到着時に臭いはせず、ガスも検知されませんでした。
Of them, there were 5 cases that the firefighters were dispatched, but when they arrived there was no smell and they did not detect the gas.
横須賀市などで「ガスの臭いがする」との通報が相次いだのはこれで4回目ですが、原因は分かっていません。
