百貨店3社が免税販売の要件を満たしていないなどの理由で、東京国税局から合わせて1億1000万円ほどの追徴課税されたことが分かりました。　
The Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau imposed an additional tax of about 110 million yen on the grounds that three department stores did not meet the requirements for duty-free sales.
関係者によりますと、百貨店「そごう・西武」「小田急百貨店」「松屋」は去年以降に受けた税務調査で、

来日から6カ月以上経った対象外の外国人に免税販売をしたり、免税要件を満たしていない取引が見つかったということです。　
duty-free sales to ineligible foreigners who have been in Japan for more than 6 months, or transactions that do not meet the duty-free requirements have been detected.
転売目的で同じ化粧品を大量購入したとみられる取引もあったということです。　
Transactions such as buying a large amount of cosmetics of the same type and then reselling them have also been detected.
そごう・西武は、2021年2月までの2年間で合わせて1億円ほどを追徴課税しました。　
Sogo & Seibu has levied additional taxes totaling about 100 million yen over a two-year period ending in February 2021. 　
小田急百貨店と松屋は、それぞれ数百万円の追徴を受け、修正申告と納付を済ませたとみられます。
Odakyu Department Store and Matsuya were each assessed several million yen in additional taxes and are believed to have filed and paid the amended tax returns.
