来年春に入社する学生の採用内定が10月1日に解禁され、各企業の内定式が相次いで行われています。

みずほフィナンシャルグループは銀行などグループ5社で合同採用し、来年4月に入社する1期生およそ1000人を対象に、初めて東京1カ所で開催しました。　
Mizuho Financial Group held a joint recruiting event at one location in Tokyo for the first time for approximately 1,000 first-term students who will join the company next April.
リクルートによりますと、9月1日時点の就職内定率は91.5％と例年並みだということです。　
According to Recruit, the job offer rate as of September 1 was 91.5%, about the same as in previous years.
ただ、人手不足を背景にいまだ選考を続けている企業も多いということです。
