使われなくなったランドセルを修復して子どもたちにプレゼントする取り組みが行われています。

綺麗になったランドセルが今日、子どもたちに手渡されました。　
The cleaned school bags were handed over to the children today. 　
鳥取県倉吉市にある物流会社では、寄付で集まったランドセルが一つひとつ丁寧に磨かれて輝きを取り戻していきます。　
At a logistics company in Kurayoshi City, Tottori Prefecture, school bags collected through donations are carefully polished one by one to restore their shine. 　
このプロジェクトは2020年から始まり、今年は120個のランドセルが寄付されたということです。　
The project began in 2020, and this year 120 school bags were donated. 　
今日開かれた譲渡会では、鳥取市内に住む来年の春小学校に入学する予定の男の子など、4人に手渡されました。　
At the transfer event held today, these briefcases were given to four people, including a boy living in Tottori City who will enter elementary school next spring.
「このイベントはとても幸せで優雅なものでした。ランドセルを送ってくれた会社とコミュニティーに感謝」

この会社からは、ランドセルが希望する全国の子どもたちに向けて順次発送されるということで、来年4月の入学式には間に合わせたいとしています。
The company will ship the school bags to children throughout Japan who wish to receive them, in sequence, so that they will be ready in time for the entrance ceremony next April.
