コンビニ大手のローソンはパッケージに記載のないアレルギー物質が混入していたとして、商品の自主回収を発表しました。
Lawson, a major convenience store, announced a voluntary recall of its products because they contained allergens not listed on the packaging.
回収の対象となるのは全国のローソンで販売されている「大きなサラダチキン　柚子こしょう風味」です。　
The recalled item is “Big Salad Chicken Yuzu Pepper Flavor” sold at Lawson stores nationwide.
10月3日から14日午後5時の間に販売されたおよそ1万8000食に、パッケージに記載のない「小麦、卵、乳成分」が混入したとしています。　
About 18,000 meals sold between October 3 and 5 p.m. October 14 contained “wheat, egg and milk ingredients” that were not listed on the packaging.
小麦アレルギーを持つ客に症状が表れ、昨日、製造元に連絡したことで発覚しました。
This was discovered yesterday when a customer with a wheat allergy developed symptoms and contacted the manufacturer.
症状は回復しているということです。

ローソンは混入の原因について調査中としたうえで、「お客様にご迷惑、ご心配をお掛けしたことを深くおわび申し上げます。
Lawson said they are currently investigating the cause of the contamination and said: "We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern we have caused our customers."
今後このようなことが起こらないよう製造工程の調査を進めるとともに、再発防止に努めて参ります」とコメントしています。
We will continue to investigate the manufacturing process to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future and will work to prevent recurrence.”
