レストランや劇場などが入る都心の複合施設で、ドローンを使って食事の配送をする初の実証実験が行われました。　
The first real test of meal delivery by drone at a downtown complex with restaurants and theaters was carried out.
KDDIやJR東日本などは、飲食店から近くの広場へ、ドローンを使って料理を配送する実証実験を行いました。　
KDDI and JR East conducted a field test to deliver food by drone from a restaurant to a nearby square.
ドローンはテラスから飛び立った後、50メートルほど離れた広場に着陸し、料理を受け取ったスタッフが客席まで運びます。　
After taking off from the rooftop, the drone will land in a square about 50 meters away, where the staff will bring the food down to the audience seats.
都内の人口密集地でのドローンによる食事の配送実験は初めてだということで、将来的には、配送拠点からマンションのベランダなどに直接、食事を届けることも想定しています。　
This is a pilot meal delivery test in a densely populated Tokyo area for the first time, in the future, it is expected that meals will be delivered directly from the delivery place to the apartment balcony.
政府は、来年度をめどに操縦者が目視できない状況でもドローンが市街地の上空を飛行することを認める方針です。
The government plans to allow drones to fly over urban areas next year, even if the operator cannot see them.
