材料2つでガトーショコラを作ります

卵3個を割り
Break 3 eggs,
卵黄と卵白に分けましょう
separate the egg whites with the yolks.
ボールにチョコレート3枚を砕きながら入れます
Break 3 bars of chocolate into a bowl
600ワットのレンジで1分加熱し
Melt for 1 min at 600w in a microwave oven.
溶けるまで泡立て器で混ぜましょう
Mix with an eggbeater untill it is blended.
そこへ卵黄を加え
Add egg yolks to the mixture.
よく混ぜ合わせます
Mix well
別のボールに卵白を入れ
Add egg whites into a seperate bowl.
角が立つまで泡立てメレンゲを作ります
Beat until it is stiff to make meringue.
メレンゲの1/3の量大チョコレートに加え、よく混ぜ合わせましょう
Add meringue (1/3 the ammount of chocolate) to the mixture and mix well.
残りのメレンゲも加え
Add the remaining meringue.
さっくりと混ぜ合わせます
Mix gently.
型にクッキングシートを敷き
Coat the cooking mold with the cooking sheet.
生地を流し入れましょう
Pour the mixture into the cooking mold.
160度に予熱したオーブンで40分焼いたら、完成です
Bake for 40 mins at 160 degrees in a preheated oven and finish.
