珠洲市立直小学校です。
音楽室では元気に登校してきた児童たちが今、かるたを楽しんでいます。
珠洲市教育委員会などによりますと、珠洲市内の小中学校では、児童・生徒全員の無事が確認されています。
地震の影響で始業式が延期となっていた珠洲市では、11日から直小学校、みさき小学校、三崎中学校の3校で新学期が始まりました。
そのうち直小学校では、全校生徒68人のうち30人が登校し、児童たちは黙々と書き初めに取り組みました。
まだまだ地震の爪痕が大きく残り、なかには避難生活をしている児童もいます。
直小学校の道端校長は、「子どもたちの心のケアを大事にしつつ、できるだけ普段通りの生活に近付けてあげたい」と話していました。
直小学校では、各教科の授業があすから始まります。
