この秋、鉄道開業から150年となることから、財務省は記念の銀貨を発行すると発表しました。　
In the fall of this year, the Ministry of Finance announced that it will issue commemorative silver coins to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the railway's inauguration.
「鉄道開業150周年を記念する額面価格1000円の銀貨を発行することとし、デザイン等を定める政令を先ほどの閣議で決定した」　
"We decided to issue a 1,000 yen silver coin to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the railway's opening, the design of which was also decided earlier in the cabinet meeting."
純銀製の記念貨幣は表に150年前の蒸気機関車を描いた錦絵と呼ばれる多色刷りの木版画をあしらい、裏には復元された旧新橋停車場がデザインされています。　
The sterling silver commemorative coin features a multicolor woodblock print called nishikie on the front, depicting a steam locomotive 150 years ago, and a design of the restored old Shimbashi depot on the back.
販売価格は税込みで1万2300円で、7万枚発行されます。　
The selling price is 12,300 yen including tax, and 70,000 copies will be issued. 　
10月5日から通信販売の受け付けが始まり、発送は来年2月中旬を予定しています。
Mail order acceptance will begin on October 5, with shipping scheduled for mid-February next year. 　
今年は5月に沖縄復帰50周年の記念貨幣が発行されています。
This year, a commemorative coin was issued in May to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the reversion of Okinawa to Japan.
