イギリス空軍は軍用機として世界で初めて、環境に配慮した新たな燃料だけを使った飛行に成功しました。　
The Royal Air Force succeeded in piloting the world's first environmentally friendly new fuel-powered military aircraft.
イギリス空軍は空中給油・輸送機「ボイジャー」が廃油などを原料とした二酸化炭素排出量の少ない航空燃料＝SAFだけを使用した試験飛行に成功したと発表しました。　
The Royal Air Force announces that the "Voyager" aerial refueling and transport aircraft has successfully performed a test flight using only SAF, aircraft with low carbon dioxide emissions and using waste oil as raw materials.
SAFを100％使用した飛行は現役の軍用機として世界初だということです。

イギリス空軍は2040年までに温室効果ガスの排出量を「実質ゼロ」にする目標を掲げていて今回の成功は「重要な一里塚だ」としています。
