食品スーパーの成城石井はフランス産ワイン「ボージョレ・ヌーボー」よりも割安なオーストラリア産ワインを「立冬ヌーヴォ」として発売すると発表しました。
立冬ヌーヴォはオーストラリアからの輸入ルートを航空便ではなく、船便にすることでコストを抑えました。
価格は750ミリリットルが税込み2189円で、立冬の今月7日から発売します。
「フレッシュさだけでなく、しっかりとしたブドウの味わい。そういったところが残っているワインに仕上がっている」
成城石井で販売される今年のボージョレ・ヌーボーは円安やウクライナ情勢などの影響による輸送費の高騰などで前年と比べ1.4倍となります。
オーストラリアと日本の半年の季節差を活用して5カ月から6カ月熟成されるオーストラリア産のニーズも高まるとしています。
