自衛隊が東京と大阪に設けた新型コロナワクチンの大規模接種会場は、予約数の減少に伴って閉鎖されることとなり、今日最終日を迎えます。　
最終日となった今日、東京の会場はあいにくの雨となり、会場に入っていく人はまばらでした。　
自衛隊による大規模接種は、新型コロナワクチンの接種を促進するため、おととし5月から始まりました。　
一時は予約枠がすべて埋まるなど混雑を見せましたが、最近では予約数が予約枠の2割から3割程度にとどまるなど接種を希望する人が減少していました。　
防衛省によりますと、これまでに東京と大阪で合わせておよそ249万回の接種を行ったということです。　
あす、浜田防衛大臣が出席して任務終了の式典が開催される予定です。
