Hi, this is Delish Kitchen. We're going to make bite-sized sweet potato piecesさつまいも二本を用意し、皮をむきます
Take 2 sweet potatoes, remove the skin2センチ角に切りましょう
Cut into 2-centimetre pieces水にさらして
Soak in water水気を切りましょう
Drain the waterふんわりとラップをし、600ワットのレンジで柔らかくなるまで8分程度温めます
Lightly cover with plastic wrap, microwave at 600 watt for about 8 minutes until soft熱いうちにフォークで潰しましょう
Smash with a fork while it is still hot砂糖大さじ4
Add 4 tablespoons of sugarバター20g 卵黄1個分を加え
20 gram of butter, 1 egg yolkよく混ぜ合わせましょう
Mix until well combined続いて、生クリーム100 cc を加え、滑らかになるまで混ぜます
Next, add 100 cc of heavy cream, mix until combined一口サイズに成型しましょう
Shape into bite-sized pieces次に卵黄を適量を上に塗ります
Next, brush with some egg yolkトースターで焼き色がつくまで5分程度焼いたら、黒いりごまをふって完成です
